Im not sure if i shared this or not...but the SrA that was arrested...this is his second run in with the law...i arrested him back in Oct 06, for the same issue...assualt and breaking and entering...also part of his group was another town patrol member...who was also arrested. The TP member was kicked out of the military (Had 2 article 15's), and the SrA is currently awaiting trial in a Kunsan prison. He has had numerous problems here at kunsan..and he has been here maybe 3 years now...so he is not new to the system.... I estimate that he will get 3 years in a Korean Jail, and then he will be court martialed by the military, with a dishonorable discharge.
