They have a direct non-stop from Las Vegas, where I have a house and a daughter. Singapore Airlines is popular. Probably you can get some options from your travel agent. I would put the questions to the "Spouses in Korea Forum" regarding a fiancee visit. They will give you more answers than you can handle.
There are those who would not recommend fiancee visits, stating the old "Why bring a sandwich to a picnic" adage. I guess I must say that I have reservations myself. Let's just say she may not feel comfortable among so many beautiful women.
You will both have to be strong to survive the competition. Yes, I am prejudiced, and have been married to the same Korean for 46 years. It is not easy for anyone, but I am giving you a warning. There are thin, knockout Filipino and Korean girls all over the place. Some good, some not so good. Just in case you didn't know. I know I will get some criticism for explaining this, but since you have some European and Asian travel experience you will understand what I'm saying.
"Direct non-stop flights from Vegas"....Thats great. Thanks......Im checking the "spouses in Korea" forum and there is a ton of great info on there..........

Most barber shops offer neck, shoulder and arm massages, though a Korean barber shop was off limits last I heard due to illigitimate practices in many. Many of the older Korean women are schooled in massage giving. If you need a good neck and shoulder massage some of the older bar ajima's give decent ones. The old ajima that used to be behind the bar in the a town stereo club gave very good neck and shoulder massages. That was a while back. Look around, ask, you'll find somewhere to get it.
Thanks a lot. Very good info.....

Re: Good place for a descent massage....?

yes..massage joint are off limits...and besides they dont have any decent massage places in kunsan...hmmm..not that ive been too ..lol! songtan is where the massage place is at...wait strike that...AC is where the massage place is at.

what goes on in a korea massage joint....first you go in and take your shoes off. The you sit on this bed or table. They wash your feet...and by the way...make sure you have good socks..not one with huge holes in them..kinda of embrassing. Well they massage you all over...yes even down under, with no extra price. the total for my massage in songtan was $40, but they have been know to go up to $150...so keep that in mind and dont get ripped off...but i wouldnt recommend the massage joints in Korea...unless your their for a legit massage...and then they are really good at what they do.

LOL....Yeah I think your wording is safe...$10 for an hour is the best deal I have ever heard.

Cool Re: Good place for a descent massage....?

For the less traveled folks, AC in previous posts means Angeles City, Philippines. AC has recovered from the ashes, and retirees are being lured there by 25 cent beer, entertainment and inexpensive living expenses. Personally, I don't care for the heat and humidity much, but it is great for golfers a few miles away up in the hills of Bagio!
AC used to be the Songtan equivalent adjacent to Clark Air Base, which was abandoned after the local volcano covered it with dust a few years ago. (Few means different things to different people, it was 16 years ago that the base was evacuated!)
Military-don't forget to check the Foreign Clearance Guide before you go outside Korea. Political influences at the time can put some countries "Off Limits" for brief periods.
