I disagree 100% that this was a BS fight.

Royce has no one to blame for this loss but himself. If he did not train for the fight, that is his problem and his loss. Matt Hughes beat Royce in a UFC match. This was not a BS fight. Royce had plenty of time to train for this fight, but for some reason decided not to. If he had a family or legal emergency he should have post-poned the fight.

I am not sure of the reasoning behind his lack of training, but that is shameful in my opinion. The Gracie family name is the best in BJJ and one of the best in MMA. A loss is a loss, but a loss because you decided not to train is unacceptible in my opinion.

I would like to point out that Royce loss to Sakuraba way before the Hughes fight. I believe Royce's corner threw in the towel, but it is still a loss. The Gracies have been loosing a lot in Pride over the last few years. Sakuraba is called the "Gracie Killer" because he beat 5 Gracies with no losses.
