BJJ is one of the best grappling techniques for self defense. It is awesome when women learn to defend themselves! For instance, if some drunk guy decided he wanted to jump one of these girl, he may get more than he asked for. These girls obviously know to arm-bar and other great techniques.

Also, this is by far one of the best forms of exercise in the world! I did BJJ for almost two year and I was in the best shape of my life.

I remember this day, Rachael's 1st Jiu Jitsu Tourney. She kicked a__ ! I got a Bronze in the Heavyweight Division Gi.
Overall tourney Champ was Hector "H-Train" Munoz.
He trains right down the road from me now.......

Rachel was good, but she must have outweighed the other girl by 20 pounds. Were they in the same weight class?

Hawaii is terrible! We have record rain. It has rained 25 out of the last 30 days I think. I will be in Korea soon.
