Tai Chi
Is it possible to learn from a book or video? It is hard to find an instructor in my area without having to drive all the way to Dallas. If someone can recommend a book or DVD I would appreciate it. I have to find a new form of exercise as Racquetball and running are out due to deterioration of my knees from arthritis.

I would suspect you could learn from a DVD, but if you are making a mistake you will not get any feedback. I watched a VHS tape a few years back and it seemed very difficult to do without an instructor.
