What do you think of "The Next ultimate Fighter"
I am watching my first episode of The Next Ultimate Fighter 3 on Spike TV. It is no a new realty TV concept, but new to MMA. I think it will help MMA move into the mainstream and push boxing out of the way!

It's pretty good. I've watched all this season. They could of left Shamrock out. He's much better suited for TNA were he could at least entertain the crowd.

What pisses me off is that they find these low budget fighters off the streets and try to pump them up like they are bigtime.
I know guys that I've been training with for years in different academy's across the world that are just dowright badass, but they never get a shot! Look at Tito Ortiz, I remember his debut. 168 pounds, timid, always had that look of uncertainty, wrestling was good but his striking sucked. That's why he got his ass kicked on Ft Lauderdale beach in 97. That's a reality series.................... but nobody ever films that?

Mike,
Was that on AFN? Mike BTW, I have left Fox and am at Fort Meade getting ready to go on PCS leave and come back to Korea. |
