Deryl's Interests
General:	Life in general. I'm kind of partial to breathing. :-) On a less serious note, I'm interested in entering into a formal doctoral program in history. I've been laying the foundation for more than five years, and my amassed collection teeter on the level of those insane. I've got more books and material than I'll ever be able to read. That said, my focus is in the far east, Korea in particular, go figure! But realizing that you can't study the "Koreas" alone without acquiring some knowledge
Music:	Don't know that I've got any favorite music. Depending on my mood, I could be found listening to anything between classical to R&B, country to hip hop, the golden oldies, etc. However, I must say that if my hillbilly roots were to take precedent, you'd find me sitting on an old wooden rocking chair out on the front porch listening to Doc Watson's bluegrass. I never learned to play the bango but wished I had!
