I, too, just saw this post (thanks AirForceGuy for bumping it up) and am very interested in helping out. I have a writing background, having been an industrial copy writer and a stringer for our local newspaper, and this would certainly give me something to do while in Korea.

I will be arriving late June or early July, so please keep me in mind!

I responded to Matt Lamers back in late July, when he last wrote, and I wrote an article for him which was printed in the Herald around 1 Aug. It was about the Good Neighbor program, more or less.
I invited Matt to lunch, and to meet some other people on Post, but he did not take me up on the offer. Write him at the Kherald address if you wish, I doubt that he reads our Forum after no response but mine.
