Mine never calls enough to make mom happy and when he does it is a real quick hi mom and can I talk to dad and we talk army stuff for 20 min. I tell my wife I am just making up for all the dads who did every thing to help their son with football and they get on national tv and all they ever say is hi mom.....

Hiya All

We've been in Korea as ESL Teachers now for 5 years and discovered the usfkforums by coincidence through Google.

We currently teach in Namyangju, North East of Seoul, where we appreciate the cleaner, fresher, mountain air.

Welcome Axton! We have some other schoolteachers on here. Some Canadian, some others. Out by Gate 3 here in Yongsan there are some teacher pads & hangouts, like the Philly Steak place which has good food.
Please look around the site, post in the lounge or other appropriate spots as you choose. Tell us about yourself if you wish, and ask questions! We welcome you to Seoul! The Yongsan Forum may interest you, and I will be happy to see you over there! Where in the Seoul area will you teach? I have a fellow West Va friend teaching in Inchon. See Al Pope, forum member!
