From my previous tours, and the experience of the first weekend, your sponsor, co-workers, roommate (if you have one) and others should ensure you are not bored.

As for the warnings, these guys are right. It's easy for soju to hit you and you lose all inhibitions, only to find some strange dude in your bed, and you have no recollection. Not to say all the guys there will try to hurt you, but you need more than your 1st weekend to figure out who will and who wont.

Well Here is mY POST It is my first weekend in the ROK and it actually was ok. the guide to bars helped ALOT stereo was crowded as hell but found some nice company......I hate being the FNG but here i am wide open and looking to have fun....well I know I will have fun I am too crazy not too i just happened to come across this forum and SOOO glad I did it saved me alot of time when looking for bars to hop to Thanks and keep up the good work
