Hi,
I just joined this site. I just returned to Korea this morning, will be teaching here again. I"ve looked on this site in the past and it seems pretty cool and as I think someone else mentioned, more positive than other sites. A little bit about me..I'm 29, Canadian, and will be in Korea for the next year if all works out. Hope to get to know some of you/! |

Welcome Lynn!
We have a great mixture of Koreans, ESL teachers, U.S. service members, contractors, military dependants and people that just stop by. It is a unique forum indeed! Please let us know if you need anything! We look forward to your inputs. In March we will be having a Korea-related writing contest (we just had one in Jan). Basically, people write about their experiences in Korea and have a chance to win money. Mike

Welcome Lynn! Where are you going to be in Korea? I'll be in Osan in October and I'm getting really excited about coming over there. Anyway, welcome to the site, and we'll see you around!
Eddie

Welcome, and I hope all works out for you so you'll stay for the full year.
Many female teachers don't, you know. Just had one at my school quit after just one day....and I thought she'd make it until at least October. |
