Hello everyone I did my very first post on the info about the bars and how it has helped me my first night or weekend on Korea. Well I am here trying to find Crazy new fun I am coming here from louisiana so Believe me anything can be turned into fun. I feel life is really what ya make of it. not to get all Forrest Gumpish but I am finally in a new land (out of the US) and I wanna make the most of the oppurtunity. I am stationed at Osan AFB for 1 year .. just got here in February so i have plenty of time... then off to Tokyo Japan... as long as i keep my nose clean here... ... So Please hit me on personal mail with recomendations of bars scenes and anything of interest. I wanna get to see the culture besides the bars and juicy's right outside the gate. and Mike as soon as I hit more than one bar i will definitely get a review in for ya. Also I've been hearing horror stories of Soju incidents but I had ......lets say a few....more than enough have to go to meetings.. Take care and hope to see ya around town and here

Welcome, Moses! Had a buddy at Osan 48 years ago from Baton Rouge! We had tons of fun.
USFK doesn't care much for fall down drunks, or fighting drunks. So I hope you are the "Call a cab and sleep it off" type! I recommend learning some basic Korean right away. Let us know if you have difficulty getting a Korean to help you. |

Your Avatar is great. I'm also at Osan... and all I have to say is "SEOUL." Don't waste your time in Songtan. Of course, Hongdae is now off limits... That's a crying shame, especially for me, but there are plenty of other places to hit up in Seoul (and I'm not talking about Itaewon).
