Received short notice PCS (non-volunteer) to Kunsan. Will be there in July 07.

Was at Osan 03-04 and worked with 607 ASUS. I was non-volunteer there also, but must say that it was the best assignment that I ever had. The year goes by so quick.

So I am looking at this new assignment as it brings new oppurtunities to excel.

Looking for a good car that is reliable. Will get me back and forth to Osan every quarter not having to worry if it will breakdown on the way. So if you know of a good car, let me know. Warning, I am a good mechanic and know how to check a car over.

Welcome! Kunsan is very different than Osan that is for sure. Pros and cons for both. Good luck with the PCS.

I am so jealous. I was a volunteer for Korea 3 times. Kunsan every time. Going to Osan is fine, but the Wolfpack is so much more personable. Just because the nightlife isn't right outside the gate. You can get more involved with things, plus, you won't have all of the visitors that Osan gets every weekend. I am married to wonderful Korean I met on base. I always had use of car for driving wherever....I helped design the new fitness center at Kunsan. We actually visited Osan's and improved on many things.
