hi all
just wanted to say hello to all. visited korea last november with my wife , and the changes were unbelievable. some good and some not so good . stayed mostly mear inchon . though got to come down to osan and stay a few days , my first visit since leaving in 1978. all i can say is wow , the only thing in its original place as i remember is the theater and challenger club , the barrack i was in are all gone replaced by new modern ones, sigh . songtan has also changed so much , no longer the free wheeling days when i was there. anyone remember summer paradise ? it is a lot cleaner , the ville then it was then . i have a lot of then and now pics, maybe will try to post some if anyone is interested. btw , i did check out this forum before i went and also check google earth to sort of prepare myself , but it was like coming here again for the first time .
