We hear that it is a beautiful and prosperous area.
And we have seen pictures of the beautiful city there. Please join in any discussion you like. We are curious about life in your country as you may be in ours. We are just hearing that North Korea lost a lot of lives and farmland to flooding recently. I'm sure flooding is the least likely problem in your country!

Hello again. Yes, my English is very good because most of us on this forum are Americans, or associated with Americans and the American Military bases in Korea. We have some Korean-Americans, and some Korean wives of Americans, and a few wives from other countries! There are maybe three or four Koreans who are not with the military, and are teaching or trying to learn English from our site. I do not know of a site where you can specifically find Koreans who can talk to you in English. Most Koreans have a limited knowledge of English. Unlike the Filipinos, Korea is just now beginning to teach English seriously in public schools.
Some of us have been in Korea for 20 years, some for only a few weeks. We are happy to share with you whatever knowledge we have about our adopted or "Second Home".

Welcome Miss Dubai...i heard of dubai..i wouldnt have a clue where's it at. You know i learn english through a speak and spell learning toy about 30 years ago, when i lived in the Philippines. Again welcome...is there alot of tourist where you live???? or place to go on vacation at there??? Is this near UAE?? I've been to alot of places, but never Dubai!
