Yongsan News

Hi! I'm a new member, of course. My daughter and her husband are both military, stationed in Korea. I usually hear from them every other week end, but haven't been able to get hold of them, even by email. They are at Yongsan. Is there a problem over there right now that would require a lockdown? I know there isn't anything I can do, just concerned right now.

Mom

Maybe they are both out in a field exercise.

Cool Re: Yongsan News

If you get very concerned, call your local Red Cross. They can give you the best information on inquiring about family members in the military.

Re: Yongsan News

I'm sure they are just busy. It can get very busy over here and they might not have time to call.

Re: Yongsan News

Thanks for words of encouragement. I just heard from her by email, so I can relax (being a mom is hard!. Things were crazy; she was trying to catch up at work, and her husband has been working nights. Just found out she just took first place in the Yongsan Bowling tournament (that's my baby--only 100 lbs soaking wet, but tough as nails!) for the women, and will be bowling next week at the 8th Army Bowling Tourney.
