New User/Old Timer Introduction
My name is Pete and my ID kinda identifies my background.
Korus_Pete for Korea-US-Pete, recalling some of the best
times I had in my 20+ years serving Uncle Sam.

Spent 4 tours in Korea, starting with:
Pusan (1973-74)
Taegu (1974-75)
Seoul (1979-80)
Seoul (1989-91)

Most of my reflections (and recollections) come from my
earliest tours, before I married (a Korean) and settled down.

Still, I enjoy listening to guys share today's experiences
and think about how good we had it back then.

LOL, um, no thanks.
I miss Korea a lot actually, I know that sounds strange to people who have to be there. It's once you're out you realize all the great things it has to offer. Not that I didn't while I was there but now I miss it a lot. Anyhoo, just got back from rafting again so I hope everyone had a nice weekend.
