Hubby at Camp Humphrey
Hi Im new to the site! Always interesting in reading about South Korea .
My Husband is stationed at Camp Humphrey. Like Meeting New People. Chatting about interesting topics and whats the latest news.. The Military Life is new to me , but he's been for 15yrs. This is his 1st time being Active Army. He was in the Navy in the beginning and now will finish his time in the Army. We havent decided if he is gonna stay longer then the one yr or come back to the states. I dont know nothing (lol) Im just learning about everything. We are both from Florida and I live in Orlando right now. We didnt know at first if family could come to Korea & now we are finding out about so many things. But I did stay back , close to home to look after my mom, she is not in good health. But now I wish I wouldnt of went to Korea with him. This is the 1st time , I've been away from him this long. It gets hard at times, but I just try and look foward to his visit in Febuary 07 Thanks Danielle |

Re: Hubby at Camp Humphrey
Danielle,
Welcome to the site, there is a wealth of knowledge on this site. Sorry your mother is not in good health, I'm sure that weighed big in coming to Korea. I'm also a Camp Humphreys, my family is here and they LOVE it. It is a new experience for them that they will never get again in there life. Life is hard being away from your husband. I would really think about coming over, check out the NCS thread under Osan and it will expplain almost everything you need to know about coming over. Not only is it a great time but you will save ALOT of money over here. Any question or your husband needs anything let me know and i'll see what I can do. Chuck
