Hi ^_^
I'm new here. My hubby will be headed to Korea later this year. I really need some info on CS versus NCS. He will try to get us CS, but who knows. It seems like every person we ask has something different to say. Either way I will probably move my family. Just mostly concerned about my school aged son, and access to post, and health care.
