Forum Features - Basic (draft)
This post will describe the features on USFK Forums. Features will have links to a more detailed description and functions.
Arcade Bored? Play the arcade! There are over 100 games in the arcade and more are added each week. If you get the high score you will be awarded the trophy for that game. Get enough trophies and you will be listed on the leaderboard. Store Receive points for posting, replying, viewing post and referring new members to the forum. Use the points to perform actions on the forums. Check out the store for more details. Classifieds New to Korea or leaving soon? Or just want to shop? Buy or sell your stuff for FREE on the Classifieds. Journal Your own journal! Keep a journal of your one year in Korea, personal trips or anything you wish. Make it private (password protect option) or viewable by all members. The journal is a great way to record your tour in Korea and allow your friends and family to see how you are doing. Virtual Bookie Place your bets at the virtual bookie! Use you store points to bet on events. User Mood Feeling grumpy, sad, or hung over? Go into your profile and change your mood so others know how you feel. Your mood will be displayed as you post. Here is an example.  Articles Articles are for users that wish to write more than a small post. You can add up to 6 pictures and have other members rate your article. Restaurant and Club Reviews (coming soon) Members can rate and review clubs and restaurants in their area. New to Korea? Check out the highest rates clubs and restaurants! Trader Rating If you buy or sell something to another member on the classifieds or through some other means, you can leave feedback here. Radio Listen to popular MP3s as your surf the forums (coming soon). Awards The award system is used to recognize individual achievements on USFK Forums. Check out the awards and nominate someone you feel deserves one! Chat The chat room is available for live conversations. Links Directory USFK Forums is building the largest Korea related links directory in the world! The directory is useful for members seeking information on Korea or military related websites related to Korea. If you know of any good links please submit them today and earn 10 points!
