There's a shuttle from the airport to Osan, the schedule is as follows, I think:
0830, 1000, 1430, 1600, 1830, 2000, 2230 It costs $20 If you're coming in later, sometimes there are aafes cab drivers at the USO counter. Last time I took a cab from incheon to osan was 3 years ago, and it cost about $120 and they couldn't drive onto base(some wierd policy about cabs from different Areas) Alternatively, you could take a cab from the airport to Yongsan in Seoul, stay at billeting or a contract hotel and catch the shuttle from Yongsan to Osan in the morning, sorry but I'm not sure of the current cost. Welcome to the site Elliot! You can also check out the Osan Guide for useful information.
I would check with your sponsor! If there is no bus available he or she may be able to pick you up. There should be military folks at the airport as well. I don't think you can file a $120 taxi on your travel voucher, so be careful with that. Mike

Strange...doesn't Osan AFB provide free bus rides (like from Turumi Lodge, for example) from Incheon to the base like the Dragon Hill Lodge does here? That's messed up!

Nope, no free rides to Osan or Kunsan. I think I saw that the Kunsan bus is actually like $50. It's reimbursable, but c'mon.
One thing for elliott, the last bus leaves at 2230, but they'll generally hold the bus if a plane gets delayed. So if you're cutting it close, you should still be okay. If you do miss the last bus, I'd still go to the USO counter. There should be more info there on how to get to Osan if no bus is available.
