Airman in South Korea pleads innocent to raping fellow airman
This story is being covered by the Stars and Stripes.

The first question I have to ask is what was this girl thinking?

According to the woman’s testimony Wednesday, the two were among a group of friends who spent several hours socializing, first at a barbecue party and then at the off-base Bounce Club.

Later, she testified, she agreed to let Wheeler sleep in her dorm room and the two took a taxi to the dorm.

Once in her room, she said, Wheeler took off his shoes and lay atop her bed, even though they had “discussed him sleeping on the floor.”

Wearing a T-shirt, bra and panties, she joined Wheeler in bed. Wheeler, she said, began kissing her and she asked him to stop, reminding him she had a boyfriend.

Then, she testified, she fell asleep but awakened to find that her bra had been moved out of position.

“He was messing with my panties” and ignoring her pleas that he stop, she said.

The woman contended to the court that Wheeler then made several attempts to penetrate her sexually and ultimately succeeded.

Under cross-examination by defense lawyer Capt. Gloria Downey, the woman said she did not scream, pound the wall to alert her suitemate or otherwise call for help during the incident. Downey is Area Defense Counsel at Osan Air Base.

The woman answered “yes” when Downey asked whether she has claimed to have been raped by six different men while in the Air Force, five of them while at Nellis Air Force Base.
If you have been raped 5 times in the past, why are you going to bed with a man with just a T-Shirt and underwear on? The man most likely raped her and should go to jail, but why the heck is this woman putting herself in this type of situation?

Not a chance he is guilty
Sounds like a girl that watches too many afterschool specials. She is either a sociopath and the air force doesn't want to confront a 'victim' or she has regrets with being an easy time and this is how she makes amends with herself.

She looses complete credibility when she states she has been raped 6 times and did nothing to alert that she was being raped this time. If she is lying, she will set back female credibility. It is too bad because there are a lot of sexual assaults at Osan.

Unfortunately, some girls still trust men. They don't all seem to understand that a natural tendency to procreate causes men to persist until they are either rebuffed seriously, or succeed in their natural quest. Golly gee, maybe all moms aren't schooling their kids in girl things!

She hangs with the guy downtown. they drink. they agree to come back on base. "oh yeah, you can stay in my room. i want you to sleep on the floor." Lets see here. after all the AFN commercials. this is pretty sick. she comes out in her bra and panties with maybe a t-shirt. usually females dont sleep with a bra on. it is usually a t-shirt and panties. Again, she sees the guy on the bed, and she could have told him to leave then, and if he didnt, then she could have left. she wanted it to happen. she just wants the attention. i bet the same thing happend at nellis. is this girl ugly?
