I was thinking of taking the subway down there from Yongsan, it would be quite helpful to show the subway stops in relation to the base just for reference. I t might also be helpful to sho where the on base bus terminal is in relation to this stuff so that if one were to travel there by bus they could not only get off base, but go where they wanted with confidence.

If you go to http://www.smrt.co.kr/english_smrt/c...berstation.jsp you can us an interactive subway map. It shows all of the lines in and around Seoul, and will calculate the price of the ticket, as well as the approximate time for the travel. Keep in mind, it doesn't account for time during transfers. I just took the subway from Songtan Station to Jamshil. According to the site, it was supposed to take 100 minutes. But it took a little more than 2 hours with the transfer times. All in all, though, the site is very helpful in terms of seeing the subway lines and where your stop is.

In my opinion, the closest stop to the Osan Air Base Main Gate, is Songtan Station. Coming from Seoul, it is right after Jinwi. In warm weather, it wouldn't be a bad walk from the station to the Gate/Club area. But right now, I would recommend a taxi. It only cost me 2000 won.

I am well aware of the SMRT website, and I use it quite often, but the maps above do not show where the subway stations are in relation to everything else. I think it would be quite useful to show them.
