Two useful Maps

I have finally found what I've been looking for (I sound like U-2 Bono's evil twin).

This is an interactive map showing 700 stores in Shin-jang Shopping Area:
http://www.koramsahwe.com/map.php#
Be sure to click on the items to the left and they will appear on the map. The items on the right are for removal off the map.

This map shows the outskirts of Songtan/Pyongtaek. It also shows all the different ways to Camp Humphrey's (K-6).

http://www.ics-stn.org/metadot/index...tegory&op=show

Enjoy.
Cheers,
Chuck

The map - The Hump

The South Songtan map is actually a map showing how to get to the International Christian School. Everything past that is a little off in dimensions/distance. I did use the map and succesfully found Camp Humphrey's today. As I got closer to Camp Hump, I just followed the signs to An Jeung-Ri (I'm sure that's not an exact spelling). While not as large as Osan, I was pleasantly surprised at the number of food court and venders at the PX.

Cheers,
Chuck

Will Remember

I will remember McCalister's for next time. Thanks.

Don't forget to try the Flying M (my favorite) Restaurant at the Mustang Club here in Osan. Yes, I like it even better than Chili's.

Thanks again,
Chuck

Yes, that map is a cool concept. I talked to the site owner because I noticed my USFK Classifieds link on his site. It has some promise, but the domain name is terrible. The only way you will find this site is through word of mouth like this post.

Mike

our food is very spread out too. our subway and pizza hut as well as the Alaska mining company (nice relaxed place to eat with wifi but i don't really like anything there, but the ceaser warp isn't too bad) is just up the street if you turn right when you go in the main gate.

Mean Jeans is by the hospital (as well as a sports bar (its a sports bar isn't it?))

Bigger king accross from the PX. as well as Mcgreggers down the street a little

i haven't been to any of the other places but i'm sure there is

DO NOT go to Mean Jeans, the food is useless there. ANd where all the kids hangout to start fights.

The Alaska mining, is O.K. just watch out if you order a steak. Just make sure you know your cuts of beef. I ordered the most expensive steak they had and they brought me out the sirloin sandwhich steak.
