We went to the Thai restaurant that advertises here on this website. The food was good and the service was really friendly. The owner was so happy when I said that I saw her advertisement on here that she gave me 15% off instead the 10%.

Isn't she a great lady. One of the nicest people in Songtan! The food is great and the prices are very good in my opinion.

which restaurant are do you advertism Mike? i haven't seen that one. i've been one one in songtan it was on the second floor in a corner building

It's on the road that is just down from the front gate. There's a Citi Bank at the road and it's the road that 1-1 bus has it's last stop on. It's on the second story of a corner building so it may be the one you went to. I saw another Thai restaurant down the road that is straight in front of the gate. It was also on the second floor of a building but I can't remember if it was on a corner. Has anyone been to this one?

there like 3-4 thai restraurants on that road atleast 2 are run by the same lady...

The one near the citi-bank is almost straight across from Korea Realty,and is on the 2nd floor of the Volvo dealership.. and I've heard it's *wonderful*.. we've gotta try it sometime,it's only about 3 blocks from where I live! :)

I went there often, more often than any other restaurant offbase besides mcdonald. It's a good place. The lady there is nice.

But if you really like Korean food, try the mainstrip of Songtan City (around the city hall area).

The Thai Restaurant advertised here (above the Volvo dealership) is great. Sawatdee, is the one down the main drag about 2/3 of the way on the second floor, right hand side and on a corner. Also great food. Sometimes a little slow, but only because the place seems to always be busy. It is the sister restaurant to Chang Pwuk, but you would never know it because the prices are better and so is the food.
