Liberty Fest 4th of July Celebration

I was wondering if they have put out an itinerary for the day's events? All I know is that it is from 1600-2100 on the 4th. Any information would be appreciated.

I'm sure someone will have better information because they always do but here's what I found. It's about half way down the page.

Re: Liberty Fest 4th of July Celebration

I couldn't find anything posted on their website that pertains to this year. It says that last year backpacks weren't allowed, so I was wondering if the same holds for this year. We're not getting much info here, I was hoping some of you who are actually there would have heard something.

Does anyone know what happens incase of rain? It looks like it's supposed to stop raining and just be cloudy but I was just wondering.

Wink Re: Liberty Fest 4th of July Celebration

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO PREDICT THE WEATHER? If so, there is a job waiting for you in KOREA!!!

The Korean TV just said they have 40 mm (cm?) of rain North of Seoul (???)
amd expect 40 more?????

AFN Radio said this AM, " Some rain in the south..."

What if they are both right?

Just be prepared!! Happy Fourth!!!

Re: Liberty Fest 4th of July Celebration

Yeah, no one can predict the weather. Especially not here. I was just wondering if there was a rainout day scheduled or something. Also, since we're coming from Humphrey's (where it's been raining all night) I was just wondering if there was some way that we would know (website, AFN, etc.) if the activities were cancelled.

Re: Liberty Fest 4th of July Celebration

What I don't understand is I have been in Korea for 19 years and to this day I never heard of alternate plans in case of rain. In the meantimeI would say 80% of the time it is raining on the 4th of July. My favorite holiday of the year.
