Magic Tree House books
Does anyone have any of the Magic Tree House books by Mary Pope Osborne? The library on base does not have this series. My son has read the first thirteen and I found #19-#21, but if anyone has #14-#18 I'd love to borrow them for a bit.

It may be a shot in the dark, but did you perhaps check with the base library to see if they might be able to get the books for you through an Interlibrary loan? Sometimes books that aren't available here may be brought up from the library at Yongsan or Kunsan.. I've never personally used the service, nor am I certain they'd have the books, but it's worth a try to check. :) Hurrah for your little one.. a love of reading is a great foundation for the future! :) The Magic Tree House books are some of my son's favorites as well..especially the ones about knights,etc. Dee :) |

I tried the interlibrary loan but got no responses in the first three and a half months we were there. Can't even get them at the BX.

You could always buy them online. It sure sounds like that'd be quicker than waiting on the library:)

There's one of the booksellers, available through the AAFES Concentric Mall, on the AAFES website that does discounts and free shipping (I think) for military members! You might take a look there!
