Termination of lease...
I'm just wondering what happens if I were to terminate my lease? I probably won't be getting the security deposit back. Anyone know what would happen? Would I still have to pay until my lease is up even though I'm not living there?

Need to be more specific? Are you talking about here in Korea? Or in the states? Are you leaving becasue your on orders? or becasue your having problems or just because....

Maybe get a bad rep....If your military and signed a lease you'll need more than that (just becasue) to move.

If your civillian, just tell him your tired of putting up with his cr@p....
