Re: Passports
There is an office inside the MPF that deals with this, as we had to go through them when updating my husbands VISA. When you enter the MPF take a left keep walking down the hallway towards a small exit door. On the first? right is the office, I belive its right across the hall from Awards and Dec's. Several people were there picking up passports, civillians and military alike.
I don't remember the name of the office, i appologize. |

Re: Passports
Every MPF in the Air Force sucks, but Osan's is probably the worst. I would never give them any important paperwork, like a birth certificate. If you do, you might as well kiss it goodbye. I'd go to the Embassy in Seoul and have them do it (American Citizen Services). At least you would have some accountability. It would probably be a lot faster too.

Re: Passports
and you could get your passport in one day. when in germany, i went to the embassy and did the same thing. took about 2 hours but worth it because i did it all in one day ... and never had to "hand over" all those important documents...
good luck! |
