Yes it was. What's cool is that you can download the games for free and play online for free too. I'm downloading it tonight and try playing the single player missions to see if it's any good. I'll report back later :-)

hey i'm at edwards as well and headed to osan in december!! i plan on picking up BF2 once i get there because right now i'm a WOW addict and that's enough since i have a 10 month old. i'm not big on tabletop but willing to try it before knocking it.. i'll have to look out for you in July!

Playing BF2 here can be trying at times! First there is the lack of servers with a low enough ping to connect to. Second, the servers you do connect to with a low enough ping are mostly from Korea, Japan, and Taiwan...now the issue here is cheaters! I have personally noticed a lot of cheaters here compared to the states. Once in awhile, I can connect to a server from the states and it is a good time. But dont be discourage from playing here, its still fun....you just have to watch out for cheaters.
