If you have a choice you should go downtown for baby deliveries. I don't think Osan delivers any children. Women are referred to 121. If the case is complicated or difficult 121 will refer the mother downtown. 121 does not have the equipment or expertise to handle difficult deliveries. I recall reading something recently that non command sponsored dependents had to go throught tricare standard - but may be mistaken. Once he child is born you have 30 days to get the child a passport and visa. Otherwise you may be fined. If you have complications with the child you can submit a letter to the immigration office requesting an extension. Unless things have changed, children born in the Seoul area had to be taken to the Embassy. Children born in other areas did not have to appear at the embassy and the legal office present documents regarding the child.
