How do you call a Korean cell phone from on base?
Just like the title says. I just got here, and our recall roster says "dial 99 plus the number." Now maybe the phone I am trying to use in the dorm just doesn't work like that, but I'm dialing 99 then the complete cell number, and after dialing 99 then the first number, the recording comes on saying I did it wrong. I tried skipping the first number, the first 2 numbers, etc.. nothing.
Is it just that phone I'm using, or am I doing it wrong? |

Ask someone else in the dorm. You probably do not have a Class A phone capable of dialing 99 in the hallway. Your method will work on a capable phone.

Yep, as Mr. Joe said you must have a 99 line available phone, not all phones are.
