Hey guys, I'm inbound. I was just wondering how long it takes for my 500 or so pounds of unaccompanied to get over there. TMO here says like 3 months or something ridiculous like that. That seems like I'll get there, and be out processing for my DEROS by the time I get my TMO.

How long did it take you guys to get your stuff from the states? I am trying to figure this out so I can gauge how many clothes to bring to be warm until my real shipment comes in.

I can't remember the exact dates but the movers took everything around April 23rd. All of our stuff got here sometime before June 15th. That's the date my husband finally got to his unit and was able to call and check on our house hold goods. They told him it was already here but we don't know how long it was sitting there.

I also shipped 30 days early, so when I arrived my stuff was waiting on me.

Thanks guys. The TMO truck comes tomorrow. I think I'll just lug around some really big airline bags with stuff I actually need.

Becareful with those really large bags, check the on-line page for who your flying with and don't go over there allowed weight per bag or it will cost you$$$$.
