Have you considered an A-Z listing and review of the local hotels? I would not think it would have to be as thorough of a review as the bar review, but perhaps a spreadsheet format. Provide some pictures of the rooms (single, double....) and their cost per night, if the manager gives any special deals (weekly rates, early reservations), identify if it is "visitor friendly", any special features...(pool, whirlpool tubs, laundry service, internet service, "massage"), contact info and street address.

Just some insight on options for those GIs that avoids going or staying on base or when they visit Songtan or when ex-pats and friends visit or if someone would like to plan an evening or weekend with their significant other. I have seen some thorough reviews on Pattaya sites of hotels that many have used to plan their stay. I ran across the site below that provides a listing of Songtan hotels which has the right idea, however it is not all inclusive.

It will be an image map. When you click on the hotel, it will take you to an information page with pictures, phone numbers, etc. Each hotel will be reviewed eventually. I would say after all the bars and restaurants.
