Six States vote to raise minimum wage
I have always thought this should be a state issue. All six states that voted on raising the minimum wage won. Income in each state varies, so it makes sense for each state to make their own minimum wage. The states that passed the proposition were Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Montana, Ohio and Nevada. States have done very well making this decision in the past.

Re: Six States vote to raise minimum wage
I agree that it should be a State decision as the cost to live varies by state but it will really hurt small bussiness as employees are the bigest cost.
When I owned a small business the wages went up I ended up having to let on person go and work several double shifts myself. Well that is part of the cost of being a small business person. I really like not having to stress over that stuff anymore thanks to my landlord who sold the property and they turned it into an Auto Parts store.
