John Edwards leads Clinton, Kerry in Iowa Poll

Edwards did pretty well in Iowa this week leading Clinton and Kerry by a pretty good margin. This is the state Kerry won to to lead him to the Democratic nomination. Edwards received 30%, Clinton 26% and Kerry with a dismal 12%.

Angry Re: John Edwards leads Clinton, Kerry in Iowa Poll

A German Shepherd could easily lead Clinton or Kerry, as far as we patriotic military sympathizers are concerned!
I'm not sure I would even bother to vote if these two flakes make it as far as the primaries! Losers all the way around. Please, Lord, somebody else please run!

Re: John Edwards leads Clinton, Kerry in Iowa Poll

There are several Democrats I would consider voting for. I like Ford Jr. from TN and Lieberman from CT. It's too bad the you have to choose from a liberal, a liberal, or an ultra-liberal when deciding for the Democrat nomination. It is also sad the Ford Jr tried to revive the party when you ran for the House Leadership, but was defeated by Nancy Pelosi from San Francisco. Does San Francisco really represent the Democratic party?

Cool Re: John Edwards leads Clinton, Kerry in Iowa Poll

Thanks- you ladies don't know it- but I came here from Sumter also! We retired from Shaw and lived there nearly 20 years. Watch the South Carolina Senators, and Edwards (NC). They may do something good.

I was pleased with the President's veto! It was a brave thing for him to do, even if he is a "lame duck". (Unable to run again.) There are other ways and other type cells to do research with, just as promising. It is a travesty that we nearly played God with our own cells. Certain things you just don't do.

I disagree with you partially on the Stem cell issue but that is for a different thread. I have never been a fan of the Democrates as even if I like the person running the party platform makes a vote from me impossible.
