Senate rejects U.S. troop pullout in Iraq
I am completely amazed at the strategy of Democrats. Day in and day out there only message is "We need to pull out of Iraq now!" Well, today, Republicans introduced legislation to pull out of Iraq by year's end. A move to call Democrats on their bluff.
How many senators voted yes? A whole 6! That's right, 6 senators (all democrats) voted to pull out of Iraq. There are over 45 senators that are Democrats! This after hearing almost every Democratic senator state we need to leave Iraq TODAY, but then and vote against it. What does this say about the Democratic party today? Either they are too scared to vote what they believe or they actually believe that we need to stay in Iraq and simply blab on TV. If I had time, I could do a Google search and show quotes of Democratic senators stating that we need to pull out now. I could then show you their NO vote today. Shameful.
