Lee on Monday, March 13, 2006 Seoul's nuclear envoy heads to Japan amid stalled six-way talks 2006/03/13 15:57 By Lee Chi-dong SEOUL, March 13 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's chief nuclear envoy Chun Young-woo is to meet with his Japanese counterpart later Monday in Tokyo to discuss how to resuscitate the moribund six-way talks on North Korea's nuclear arms, officials here said. It will be Chun's first get-together with Kenichiro Sasae since the South Korean official was appointed as the country's chief delegate to the six-party talks last month.
