Uploaded by C. Y. Lee on Friday, March 17, 2006 Accepting N.K. refugees is test of U.S. security balance: Hadley 2006/03/17 06:48 WASHINGTON, March 16 (Yonhap) -- Accepting refugees from countries like North Korea is a challenge because of security issues involved, but the U.S. could certainly do more to open up to them, a presidential adviser said Thursday.
