Lee on Sunday, March 19, 2006 North Korea urged to join stalled six-nation nuclear talks 2006/03/18 15:08 SYDNEY, March 18 (Yonhap) -- The foreign ministers of the United States, Japan and Australia met in Sydney on Saturday and urged North Korea to rejoin stalled nuclear disarmament talks. "We discussed the current situation in North Korea and called on it to return immediately and unconditionally" to the nuclear negotiations, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said at a news conference.
