I am starting to see a trend. Libya gave up their WMD and associated material and is getting economic benefits. They are the official spokesman for "I was a bad dictator and now I am a good dictator" club. They are proof that enough economic pressure can turn around a country. Not that the media gives the Bush administration any credit for this.
