I wonder what it takes to get a good performance eval. Not just to "meet" expectations, but to "exceed" expectations. Maybe they need to dance a little more or stand on their head.

They do that at Youngsan already. when it gets busy, Some times at Humphreys as well

FYI

One of the prime selection factors for Pyongyang traffic cops is physical beauty (I'm not kidding -- apparently the great leader doesn't want to look out of his car and see "dogs." Or he just wants to be surrounded by beauty.)
