Uploaded by C. Y. Lee on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 N.K. system too degraded to follow China's reform: expert 2006/02/14 06:00 By Lee Dong-min WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 (Yonhap) -- North Korea may want to emulate China's self-styled economic reforms, but a detailed look inside the country indicates no roots for the same kind of success, an American expert claimed Monday.
