How About A Poker Forum?

I'll be in Songtan first week of Jan. Wondering if anyone has regular poker tourneys?

Re: How About A Poker Forum?

Are you military? The clubs on base have Texas Hold 'em Tournaments for prizes. I am a HUGE poker fan myself and maybe we can start a poker club on here.

Re: How About A Poker Forum?

Good question!

Almost every big (young) winner today states that the movie Rounders inspired them to start playing poker. Also, with the internet you can gamble and make a lot of money. There are thousands making their living today playing online poker.

Re: How About A Poker Forum?

Hey Mike,
Yeah, I'm in the AF. Looking to live right outside the base and make the drive to the Hump where I'll be working. I heard about the tourneys at Osan. I also heard it's free and you win prizes. I'm looking to get a weekly home game going when I arrive, cause I don't really think it's poker when there are no stakes involved. So do you think I should bring my homemade table or is it easy to get plywood there?
