Babysitter help
Does anyone know anyone who does childcare in their home on short notice? I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old and I have an appointment at Yongsan on the 17th. My husband was wanting to come to this one because we really need to discuss some things with the doctor. Its kind of difficult bringing 2 little ones all the way there because they miss their nap time. Anyway, we tried to get them into the CDC at Osan, but they said that my daughter could only stay until 2:30 that day, so it wouldn't work.
I also might need someone to do overnight care one night when I go into labor... so if anyone knows anyone at Osan, I'd greatly appreciate it! I'd prefer someone with some experience with childcare as taking care of 2 that are 10 1/2 months apart is a different experience if you've never done it before! :) BTW, my son is potty trained, but not my daughter. |

Re: Babysitter help
What time on the 17th? Connor has martial arts from 1-2 at the gym but I might be able to move the time since he's the only kid in class. I'd be happy to watch the kids if it works out!
Kara Edited to say: If you have a double stroller, I could still get them all to base if that's not in the middle of their nap times. Connor and Kadyn can and have walked the whole way to base and back before and I have a hiking backpack that I use for Avery, so if your two were in a stroller we'd be a sight, but it would work! Re: Babysitter help
The problem is that its a LONG time frame. My appointment is at 1:20, but I have to go to yonsan. So, We leave at about 11 from the bus station, and probably won't be back until around 4 some time-- depending on what time my appointment gets over, and which bus we are able to make. I hate to ask you to do it since you've already got a couple kids! :) And yes-- it is kind of in the middle of their nap time. They usually nap around 11-12 for 2 hours. We'll probably just end up taking them with us again. Maybe I'll just go into labor before then! haha

Re: Babysitter help
I'd be fine with it if you don't want to cart them with you. I'm the oldest of five kids, so I'm used to having to multitask!
E-mail me if you and Matt want to go alone. Kara |
