Birth Certificate Question
I just got my sons birth certificate and passport back. I was looking over the BC and noticed that it has my married last name on it. I thought they had to put my maiden name. Is this normal? And if it isn't, how do I get it fixed? The report of birth from the hospital has my maiden name.
