Trick or Treat Hours
For those who were asking about the Trick or Treat hours at Osan, I just saw a slide on the community channel on the on-base cable, and Trick or Treating is authorized from 6 pm-10 pm on Halloween night, at MVV and the Towers. Trick or treating in other areas is not authorized, and the SP's..aka "Pumpkin Patrol" will be out and about to make sure everyone is in before the ghouls and witches come out at the witching hour (aka midnight curfew. :) ). Everyone is encouraged to use reflective tape or a reflective belt on their costume, or at least wear something light colored for safety purposes....
Annnnnd, since I've already heard of some very "grown up" parties scheduled for that night, and this weekend, be aware that you may have to steer little ones away from some very monsterish adults who have indulged too much :) Happy Halloween all! :) Dee :) |
