It's just a phone card. I've seen it in a few of the phone stores around here. I would think some phone stores that sell cards around there would have it too.

I just visited my husband in Korea. He waited a month, trying to figure out the cell phone system, before buying a phone but still couldn't figure it out so is using the card option. It's way different than here and one could compare the common use of cell phone usage as a pre-paid phone here in the states. Bascially you have to activate your phone with a certain card and use a different one for your minutes (cuz it's cheaper). That's how most people use cell phones he found.
