I don't know anything about Camp Carroll specifically but I know that I love Korea!!!

Will he be getting command sponsorship? Will you be coming over at least to visit? You really should - you would enjoy seeing Korea. It's a beautiful country and there is so much to see and do.

I live outside Camp Carroll. It is located in Waegwan a country town about 40 minutes north of Taegu. There is not much in facilities. They have a small commissary annex, a hotel, a very small PX,but the place has a lot of construction going on. Any questions you want to know about Camp Carroll please be free to ask me as I have lived here a very long time. They have a shuttle bus that goes to Taegu, but since the schedule was changed last year it can be a bit of a hassle. They have better facilities there. Children have to go to school in Taegu. If you are coming non-command sponsored medical treatment can be a problem as they only have a small clinic.
