So DH got a Samsung Anycall SCH-V840, and we charged it up.. woke up this morning and now its like the keys won't work unless you are pressing the # KEY at the same time? Like the keypad is locked, however it can be used if you press the pound key too.. I'm confused, however I don't know these phones very well and wondered if anyone else experienced this. We've went to all the settings and none of them have changed it?

I would bring it back to the DHL and tell them whats up... and if they cant fix it on the spot tell them you want a new one that works.

It is the same as my government issue phone- Most any Korean teen can explain it to you, but I'm still confused by mine. It has a feature to defeat that, but I don't know where... I know if you turn down the volume enough it will shut off...

Does anyone know where you can get a manual in English. I bought a phone about a year ago and the manual only has one page for "Foreigners". I have looked online, but still cannot find information in English.
